Anne Portell - Founder
As founder of Everest A/R Management Group, Inc. in 1999, I continue to oversee operational plans, expenses, budgets, and identify and develop short-term and long-term goals. With extensive experience and leadership in medical claims processing and A/R management both at a large healthcare system and at Everest, I strive to maximize the potential of our staff and increase reimbursement for our clients.
Awarded a Bachelor of Science degree from the Haslam College of Business in Business Administration at the University of Tennessee and a certification from Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP).

Amie Zamora - Director Operations
As the Director of Operations, I am privileged to be the go-to person and first point of service for clients, customers and staff. My interpersonal skills, resource management and result-oriented mentality along with our commitment to maximizing opportunities for growth strengthen Everest’s administrative team. With 34 years in the healthcare industry, I have extensive experience in A/R management and have worked on every level of the revenue cycle from beginning to end. This foundation helps me be successful with strategic planning, customer service and problem solving. Prior to this role, I served as customer service manager for Shands Healthcare. This role required that I successfully handle customer service for 6 healthcare facilities, implement hospital policies, financial assistance programs, handle project executions, manage development of staff, team building, including diversity, and many other HR and administrative duties.

Trish Hunter – Lead Claims Processor
I have been with Everest A/R Management since 1999 as a lead claims processor. Prior to joining Everest, I worked for Shands Hospital Patient Financial Services where I held a number of positions both in insurance claims processing as well as customer service. I love the outdoors and spending time with my family and friends.
